Retail giants Fenwick have always been on the ball when it comes to fashion, but their vast pool of existing customers were communicated to in a strictly old-fashioned manner. We were tasked with moving the whole lot from archaic offline communications to good, clean data online, resulting in vastly improved measurable campaigns, with the added bonus of saving on inordinate amounts of paper and ink due to reduced printing.
A promotion to regular customers encouraging them to fill out their details in a specially designed microsite was backed up by a sizeable discount on home goods during a set timeframe, and spurred customers on to sign up within the allotted time.
The result? Fewer costly print campaigns, with increased digital activity and a better understanding of the store’s customer base.
